Very friendly, attentive and open minded staff. Relaxed atmosphere -- I immediately felt at home. It is just an ordinary house in somewhat traditional style, not a spaceship built from concrete an shiny glass. Especially, I liked the very steep staircases, as was common in the netherlands in former days. The location of the hotel is within foot walk distance to the south end of the core city, good bus connection, right in front of the building. From my room at the 3rd floor, I had a nice view towards the skyline of the old city.

The staff is friendly and the hotel can be reached by a 10 minutes walk from Utrecht Central Station.

The heating system generated quite some noise.

the breakfast. the location at a very important network of bus.

quite a little noisy due to location of my room in front of 2 major roads.

I stayed at the apartment. It was really nice and we had a good time there. The location is a little bit off but you only walk 15 minutes or take the bus to the city center. The staff was great and flexible and we asked to check out one hour later and there was no charge. Really nice and helpful staff.

The apartment floor was a little bit dirty but the overall impression of the cleaning was good.

We was given one of the apartments and it is superb. All you need, living room, sleeps 5 and nice bath. Shop just 1 min walk and inner city 10-15 min away.

Our stay was excellent and we were quite impressed with the cleaning of room, provision of utilities. We have stayed in places like this in UK also .But this is the first time we spent 3 peaceful nights and especially my wife and children likes the place very much.In fact we have plans to modify our house in the UK like the pattern of yours ...kitchen,dining ,living room all in one go which gives enormous breathing space and good to move around.....Perfect.

Probably you should have one more WC !!

clean room. friendly hotel staff. and good selection for the breakfast with cold meats and cheese.

The only downside would be it is located too far from the city centre. A good half an hour walk, or pay for the bus. There has limited number of restaurant nearby so we have to get takeaway from a Thai restaurant next to the hotel. The staff of the Thai restaurant was extremely unfriendly and even refuse to provide us with cutlery and asked us to request that from the hotel instead. Ridiculous !

Service was excellent, better than some of the more expensive hotels. Rooms look new and clean. LCD tv, windows can be opened. right next to a bus stop, 2 stops from the central station. on a cold winter day you can stay in the hotel while waiting for the bus.

The sheets were unclean on the head side of the bed.

Friendly, helpful staff. Very accommodating about storing our bicycles.Nice clean and spacious room. A more characterful, truly Dutch ambience than the 'chain' hotels.

Somewhat cramped bathroom, hot water went off a couple of times (but quickly remedied when reported)

Really only hotel staff . Free public parking (if you can find a place).

Our room was a poor room with only a bed, two chair and a tv. No bedside table or abat jour, just white walls all over! There was a hole in the bath door. Nothing similar to what they show on the website, nothing that can be called an Hotel Room. Just a big room with a bed and two chairs! One of the worst experience in my life! Not talking about stairs! Also they had some problem with credit card system, they initially pretended to pay with cash! Never recommend!

The location is very convenient from the train station and to the historical centre. Breakfast and wifi included. Very clean new room and bathroom.

Our room was in the new annex around the corner from the main hotel, so we had to walk out in the morning to go to breakfast or to speak to the reception.

The service is nice and helpful, the breakfast was good.

It is not as close to the city centre as it seems on the map, it is a 40-45minute walk. The room was small, no table, no chair, the windows could not be fully shut. For this price expected better.

Very friendly, helpful, clean and efficient. Very good coffee! We also appreciated the fridge in our room.

Only one suggestion - it would be good to be able to make a cup of tea in our room. (This is standard in Britain now, but perhaps not in Holland? the other hotel we stayed in did not have this either.)

We booked a quad room and ended up with a beautiful apartment, complete with kitchen, dining and living rooms. It was the nicest accommodation we had encountered on our whole trip. The decor was modern and clean.

It was a little noisy being near a traffic light which "beeped" for pedestrians each time it changed - during the night was quite trying. Also, parking was a little uncertain and we ended up with a ticket.
